This offering was designed to recognize the true length of post partum, spanning out our time together to a year. Post Partum is the forgotten trimester in our modern world and I have a mission to change that. Mother's spend many months growing a baby then use their whole life force and strength to bring their baby, earth side. It then takes that many months, like pregnancy, to heal and balance. Many women are supported through pregnancy and birth and then feel this sense of abandonment during the 4th trimester - a time they need as much or in my opinion more support. This is where a woman meets her new self in the fires of transformation. New mothers deserve the proper nourishment after delivering their baby. A lot of Vata (air) is created to give birth and these foods help balance this element and bring warmth and heat to the womb for quicker healing. These meals are here to help mom during recovery and adjust to her new roles and life transitions. All meals will be healthy, use of many locally sourced ingredients, warm, grounding, and easy to digest so that your body can regain its balance. Every meal will be made with love, breastfeeding friendly, and customized to individual needs.

In Ayurveda, they put a huge emphasis on the emotional and physical caring practices of mother and baby since they are one during pregnancy. There are 3 stages of pregnancy including the 3 doshas. 1st part of pregnancy is Kapha, 2nd part of pregnancy is Pita and 3rd part of pregnancy is Vata. This bodywork is based on what trimester and month you are in with an emphasis on soft strokes, medicated and sesame oils, abhyanga, giving love to your curved/weighted spine and preparing your muscles for labor. This is a private baby abhyanga class for parents that we can do third trimester or after baby arrives. It teaches parents the ancient art of baby massage. This class also includes an 8 oz bottle of my baby abhyanga oil.

7Yoni and Womb Moxi is an ancient Chinese Medicine offering that can be used for fertility, during menstruation or for post partum healing. It's a clay vessel with a mugwort moxi that fumigates the womb or vagina. For yoni moxi, we use our yoni steam set up and you sit on it while the smoke enters the vaginal walls. For womb moxi, we place the clay vessel directly on your womb part of belly where the resins infuse into the skin into the bloodstream. This session can truly help with resetting the reproductive system, help with heavy menstrual pains, deeply heal with warmth and circulation post partum and has many similar benefits of steaming.

The Placenta is our roots to existence and the conduit of life. It is the very first source of love we know and our connectedness to our mother, reminding us of our oneness. Nothing more pure. The tree that reminds of us of the life we come from, the great circle.
We live in a world where giving reverence, praising, adding ritual to the birth of our babies and placenta are forgotten. But think if we honored and recognized this life source more - what vibrations would that take us to, wouldn't we ripple love into every fiber of our being and our babies?
