This blend I created to be used for women in their fertility journey. In Ayurveda, before conception they have man and women cleanse and prepare before trying to conceive. Women are the soil which the seed grows so we must nourish, prep the soil so the seed can grow healthy. This blend has that in mind. It is packed with super fertility allies to really deeply help the womb space. I recommend 1 monthly steam for 4 to 6 months.
